Yes. The manner of payment collection and payment reconciliation with the originating cannabis establishment are business decisions to be made by the licensees, as long as delivery services comply with the law and adult-use cannabis policies and procedures.
Section 21a-420c of the General Statutes includes delivery services that are authorized to “sell or offer cannabis to a consumer” as well as qualifying patients and caregivers.
