Maintaining an acceptable driving record
Taxi, motor coach, bus, and other drivers who want to apply for or maintain a Public Passenger Endorsement (PPE), also known as a public service license, must have an acceptable driving record.
Learn more about the different types of public passenger endorsements (S, V, A, or F)
Certain motor vehicle violations temporarily disqualify you if you want to apply for or maintain a public passenger endorsement.
Note: If you have any combination of four driver violations (as outlined on this webpage) within in a two-year period, an endorsement will not be issued or will be withdrawn.
Fees
